FIELD: oil refining; petrochemical; gas; chemical; food production and other industries. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention presents an element of a nozzle for the mass-exchange apparatus. It is dealt with designs of bulk nozzles for the mass-transfer apparatus and may be used in oil refining, petrochemical, gas, chemical, food and other industries. The nozzle for the mass-transfer apparatuses contains a cylindrical ring, on the lateral surface of which has some rectangular notchings located in staggered rows in height and bent out along the cross generatrix inside the cylindrical ring in the form of a lobe. According to the invention the cross end edge of each lobe is located at an angle to cross root edge of the lobe. In preferable alternatives the angle between cross end and root edges of a lobe makes from 10 up to 90 . The offered device allows at simultaneous simplification of the design to ensure at the expense of intensification of a turbulization of torrents and an increase of a degree of their cross intermixing an expansion of the surface of contact of the interacting phases and increase of efficiency of a mass-exchange process even at the film mode of operation of a column. ^ EFFECT: : the invention allows to simplify the design, to intensify turbulization of torrents, to expand the surface of the interacting phases contact, to increase efficiency of a mass-exchange process even at the film mode of operation. ^ 2 cl, 5 dwg |
