PURPOSE: A karaoke system controlling system and method is provided to enable a user to freely control an amplification value based on a reference value set by a manager and to convert the user input value within an allowance value based on a digital scheme. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an input device, an amplifier(21), a controller(22), and a monitor. The input device inputs set values for detailed items which an amplification function comprises. The amplifier(21) receives the input values via the input device and is operated within an allowance range according to the input values. The controller(22) maintains the basic set values offered by a manager, and controls the input values within an allowance range of the basic set values. The monitor digitally displays current set values for detailed items when the user inputs values for the detailed items.
