PURPOSE: A transmission with an impurity discharge device is provided to discharge impurities in the closed transmission to the outside and forecast the breakdown state of gears in the transmission. CONSTITUTION: A transmission with an impurity discharge device includes a case, an impurity-collecting device, a lubricating oil discharge device(300), and a lubricating oil supply device(400). The case consists of a transmission(110) connecting a driving shaft and a slave shaft; a scavenging port(120) installed to the lower part of the transmission, to scavenge impurities produced from gears in the transmission; lubricating oil(130) filled in an upper space partitioned by the scavenging port; and a through hole(140) formed to the bottom to be connected to the lower part of the scavenging port. The impurity-collecting device is installed to the lower part of the scavenging port, to collect the scavenged impurities by magnetic force and sense the amount of the accumulated impurities. The lubricating oil discharge device has a discharge pipe(310) formed inside the through hole, to make the collected impurities discharged to the outside of the case, and a solenoid valve(320) installed to a side of the discharge pipe, to control the opening and shutting of the discharge pipe. The lubricating oil supply device has a lubricating oil sensor(410) sensing the level of the lubricating oil and a lubricating oil tank(420) supplying the lubricating oil to the inside of the case according to a signal transmitted from the lubricating oil sensor. |
