PURPOSE: A mobile phone capable of performing multi-directional infrared communication is provided to realize infrared communication even if an external equipment is deviated from a front or side angle of the mobile phone by 30 degrees. CONSTITUTION: A mobile phone(100) capable of performing multi-directional infrared communication includes an infrared transmitter-receiver(200) capable of wireless data communication, and a transmitter-receiver mounting element(300) mounting the infrared transmitter-receiver(200). The transmitter-receiver mounting element includes a rotary plate(310) mounting the infrared transmitter-receiver(200), a rotary shaft(320) connected with a bottom surface of the rotary plate, and a fixing plate(330) connected with an end of the rotary shaft(320). The rotary plate(310) is formed in disc shape, and the infrared transmitter-receiver(200) is mounted on the side of the rotary plate(310). The rotary shaft(320) is rotatively inserted into a rotary groove(120) formed at the mobile phone capable of performing multi-directional infrared communication mobile phone. The rotary shaft(320) is a hollow shaft to pass a FPCB(flexible printed circuit board)(210) connected to the infrared transmitter-receiver(200). The fixing plate(330) is fixed by the rotary groove(120).
