PURPOSE: A system for supporting the foundation/operation of a shopping mall for a shopping mall operator is provided to increase sales by offering the shopping mall operator with the collective support from the foundation of the shopping mall to the effective operation for increasing the sales. CONSTITUTION: If the shopping mall operator selects an additional business service, a screen for a shopping mall mileage link program, a shopping mall profit distribution/cooperation program, and a shopping mall business program for making the profits of the shopping mall. If the operator selects a shopping mall operator education, a menu for selecting an on/offline education is displayed, and a list of an offline academy is displayed. If the operator selects a shopping mall operation consultation, a bulletin board related to legal, taxation, and marketing is displayed. If the operator selects a management form/document providing service according to the shopping mall operation, various kinds of documents needed from operating the shopping mall operation are displayed and are downloaded to a computer of the operator by selecting the desired document.
