PURPOSE: A finger therapy device for a headrest of a vehicle is provided to prevent a driver's driving fatigue when a driver drives the vehicle for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A finger therapy device for a headrest of a vehicle comprises a surface heat radiation body(10) installed to the headrest through combining bodies(12); an operation wire part fixed to the inside of the surface heat radiation body; a temperature controller(18) installed to a cable(16) connected to the operation wire part; and a connector(20) fixed to a side of the temperature controller and selectively connected to a cigar jack of the vehicle.
