PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to improve the ground of an LCD module and a system and prevent electromagnetic interference. CONSTITUTION: An LCD includes a system, an LCD module, a cable, and a grounding member. The LCD module displays images in response to a driving signal transmitted from the system. The cable provides the driving signal from the system to the LCD module. The grounding member grounds the cable to the LCD module. The LCD module includes an LCD panel in which liquid crystal cells are arranged in a matrix form, a support main(56) for supporting the LCD panel, a substrate on which a drive integrated circuit for supplying a driving signal to the LCD panel is mounted, a connector(64) formed at one side of the substrate and connected to the cable, and a bottom cover(70) for covering the substrate. The substrate is folded to the back side of the support main. The bottom cover includes an extension part(72) extended to oppose to the cable. The grounding member is a conductive tape that is attached to the extension part of the bottom cover to connect the cable to the bottom cover.
