PURPOSE: Soybean curd(tofu) containing a calcium agent derived from cuttle bone treated with organic acid and a preparation method thereof are provided, thereby improving whiteness and texture taste of soybean curd, increasing storage of soybean curd, and increasing the content of minerals in soybean curd. CONSTITUTION: The soybean curd(tofu) contains the calcium agent derived from cuttle bone treated with organic acid, wherein the calcium agent derived from cuttle bone treated with organic acid is prepared by pulverizing cuttle bone and heat drying it, calcination of the dried pulverized cuttle bone, and treating the calcinated pulverized cuttle bone with organic acid such as acetic acid, lactic acid or citric acid. The method for preparing the soybean curd containing the calcium agent derived from cuttle bone treated with organic acid comprises the steps of: washing and dipping soybeans in water; adding distilled water into the soybeans and pulverizing them; heating the pulverized soybeans and filtering them under reduced pressure to remove the soybean-curd dregs; adding the calcium agent derived from cuttle bone treated with organic acid into the soybean milk to coagulate the soybean milk; inserting the coagulated soybean milk into a mould; and dipping the shaped soybean curd in distilled water and cool storing it.
