<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation system in which solar energy can be utilized effectively, and which can suppress repetition of starting and shutdown of the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell power generation system 10 is provided with a solar cell 11, a water electrolysis apparatus 12, in which electric power of the solar cell 11 is directly used, a hydrogen storage tank 13 in which hydrogen generated by the electrolysis is stored, a fuel cell 15 in which hydrogen of the hydrogen storage tank 13 is used, and an interconnection inverter 16. The fuel cell power generation system 10 is used in a state that it is connected to a load 20 and the system power supply 21 at the interconnection inverter 16. A control device 17 judges whether electric power to be supplied to the load becomes in short supply by the shortage of the generated power of the fuel cell 15, and when it judges that electric power becomes in short supply, it switches the interconnection inverter 16 so that the electric power is supplied to the load 20 from the system power supply 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
