PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output circuit by which power consumption at a state of reducing a consumption current can be further reduced. SOLUTION: The output circuit is provided with an active resistor by a MOS transistor 101 and a transistor 105 that controls a gate of the active resistor. A current flowing in the active resistor is limited by controlling the gate of the MOS transistor for the active resistor so as to completely stop the consumption current. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
