PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the interior comfort of a driver's seat and the operability of an operation lever. SOLUTION: A support frame 20 for supporting a steering wheel post 24 of a steering wheel 12 is mounted on a tractor car body, and the support frame 20 supports: a first operation lever 13 positioned at one of left and right sides of the steering wheel post 24 to operate a forward and backward gear shift device; and a second operation lever 14 positioned at the other of the sides to operate a main gear shift device.
