The invention relates to a protein mixture containing at least one first fusion protein containing a protein or a protein fragment, an interaction domain, and a protein translocation sequence which causes the fusion protein to be translocated by the cytoplasmatic membrane when expressed in a bacteri um in an essentially unfolded state, and at least one second fusion protein containing a protein or a protein fragment, an interaction domain, and a protein translocation sequence which causes the fusion protein to be translocated by the cytoplasmatic membrane when expressed in a bacterium in an essentially folded state. The interaction domain of the first fusion protein can bind to that of the second fusion protein.
