<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystalline polyester resin which has a new composition, ensures antistatic properties under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions while realizing low-temperature fixing, and to which an agglomerating and coalescing method can be adapted, a toner made by using it, and a method for forming an image by using it. <P>SOLUTION: The crystalline polyester resin is characterized in that it contains two or more kinds of constituents derived from dicarboxylic acids, as the polymer constituents derived from acids, the content of constituents derived from aromatic dicarboxylic acids having no sulfo group is 0.5-30 mol% based on the whole constituents derived from acids, and the content of constituents derived from dicarboxylic acids having sulfo groups, when the constituents are contained, is 5 mol% or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
