PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor connected to a plurality of independent network systems, and to provide an authentication method for improving the safety. SOLUTION: When an information processor being a server device 1 is connected to a network system, the connection is confirmed by a network connection control part 3. Then, a password generating part 6 generates a password for each of client devices 2 being an information processor whose access is permitted. Then, a client session generating part 8 generates a client session constituted of the password, an account obtained from a session list 7 and an IP address stored in a self-host information storing part 5, and this client session is transmitted to the client device 2.
