PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden planter, increased with the strength of its bottom plate and aiming to decrease its weight. SOLUTION: This wooden planter is characterized by forming side walls 1 with wooden plates and also gutters 4 at the lower part of an inner periphery surface of the side walls 1, having ribs 8 at the side gutters 4 and forming a plurality of bosses 9 at the lower surface and a bottom plate 5 by fitting the lower end surface of the bosses 9 with the periphery of a plate body made of a synthetic resin made as coinciding with the lower end surface of the side walls 1.
