PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a number of a seat forming member fixed on a tank. SOLUTION: This accessory apparatus for liquefied gas storage tank is provided with a tank 10 for storing liquefied gas, the seat forming member 11, a liquid extracting valve 20, and a liquid level gauge 30. The seat forming member 11 has an aperture for communicating an inside and an outside of the tank, and is fixed on the tank 10 by welding, for example. The liquid extracting valve 20 includes a linear pipe 23 extending to the perpendicular direction in order to extract the liquefied gas in the tank 10, and is fixed on the seat forming member 11. The liquid level gauge 30 includes a support rod member 31 extending to the perpendicular direction in the tank 10 and a float moving to the vertical direction along the support rod member 31, and is fixed on the seat forming member 11 whereon the liquid extracting valve is attached.
