PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To not only perform the air conditioning of the whole cabin of construction machinery but also cool an operator's fingers or maintain the temperature of them and dry them. SOLUTION: In this construction machinery wherein a control lever 16 of a remote controlled valve is protrusively provided in the front position of the console 12, blowoff ports 18 are provided in the front, rear, right and left positions of the control lever 16 on the surface of the console 12; and cool air or warm air is sent to an operating range of the control lever 16 from the blowoff ports 18.
