MONITORING CONTROL FOR MULTI-DOMAIN PROCESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a debug function and a trace function of a processor operating in different domains. SOLUTION: A method controls a monitor function of the processor operable in at least two domains including a first domain and a second domain, and comprises a process for setting at least one control value for displaying whether or not the monitor function can be permitted in the first domain in relation to one condition and a process for not permitting a start of the monitor function in the first domain only when the condition exists when a related control value displays permission of the monitor function.
