PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal control system for preventing annoying behaviors to others, depending on the place of usage, while making the best of the convenience of a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: The system is provided with an information control unit 300 and an information transmitting unit 150 and 250, which transmit manner information about manners correlated to a predetermined place, such as the inside of a hospital or a train to the predetermined place; and a mobile telephone control unit 108 and a mobile phone receiving unit 107 which are provided on a mobile telephone 100, obtain the information about manners, and allow the mobile telephone 100 to perform a function corresponding to the information about manners among the functions of the mobile phone 100.
