PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hatch structure in a building in which an opening part is opened on a floor partitioning an underfloor space and a space on the floor, and a hatch unit having a hatch plate openably/closably in the opening part is provided, performing joint matching of a flooring plate on the floor and a flooring plate of the hatch plate opening and closing the opening part opened in it precisely and simply, making the flooring plate on a floor side and the flooring plate on a hatch plate side flush, and preventing the occurrence of a clearance between these connection faces to realize a barrier-free floor. SOLUTION: The opening part 2 opened on the floor Fr is surrounded by a double row of sleeper beams 3d supported on a skeleton F, and a substrate plate 4 of the floor Fr is fixed and supported on the double row of sleeper beams 3d to adjust a position of a hatch frame 17 forward, backward, and to the left and right sides and fix and support it.
