PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive composition which can cleanly be removed without causing residual paste even when applied to an adherend or used in masking an adherend such as a metal, particularly stainless steel to undergo the hysteresis of a high temperature of 300°C, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. SOLUTION: The addition reaction curable silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprises (A) a polydiorganosiloxane having two or more alkenyl groups in the molecule, (B) a polyorganosiloxane containing a unit of R<SP>1</SP><SB>3</SB>SiO<SB>0.5</SB>(wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-10C monovalent hydrocarbon group containing no aliphatic unsaturated bond) and a unit of SiO<SB>2</SB>at a molar ratio of the unit of R<SP>1</SP><SB>3</SB>SiO<SB>0.5</SB>to the unit of SiO<SB>2</SB>of 0.6-1.7, (C) a polyorganosiloxne containing an SiH group, (D) a controlling agent, (E) a platinum catalyst, and (F) carbon black.
