<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member management system capable of appropriately reflecting the past game result of a player on an exchange rate. <P>SOLUTION: The exchange rate of a member after storing balls is decided by averaging the exchange rate before storing the balls and the exchange rate of this time.
