A switch lever (SL) rotates on bearings around a horizontal axis (2) in a universal joint section (UJS) (5), which in turn rotates on bearings around a vertical axis (3) in a switch casing (SC). Held in the SC with little play regarding its outer contour concentric to vertical axis, the UJS forms a single-piece frame that has flexible sections near bearings for retaining the SL.
