LOW-TEMPERATURE FIRING GLASS-CERAMIC COMPOSITION, LOW-TEMPERATURE FIRED GLASS-CERAMIC AND WIRING BOARD USING THEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low temperature firing glass ceramic composition in which the control of the crystallization is facilitated and which has excellent high frequency dielectric characteristic and a wiring board using the same.

SOLUTION: In the low temperature firing glass ceramic composition containing crystallized glass powder and a filler, the crystallized glass powder is composed of a crystallized glass in which a crystal containing SrO is deposited in the firing of the crystallized glass powder at 850-1,050°C and the filler contains at least Sr element and the content of Sr expressed in terms of Sr oxide is ≥10 mol% when the total content of metal elements contained in the filler is set to be 100 mol%. The wiring board is provided with an insulation layer 1 composed of a ceramic formed by firing the low temperature firing glass ceramic composition and a conductive layer 2 provided on the surface and/or the inside of the insulation layer 1.
