GUARANTEE OBLIGATION IMMUNITY SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which actually exempts a person from a guarantee obligation to loan credit such as a housing loan credit and so on.

SOLUTION: The following means are included: a guarantee charge-related credit information storage means 6 which stores information on a guarantee charge; a risk compensation fee information storage means 5 which stores information on a risk compensation fee; a compensation claim right information storage means 12 which stores information on a compensation claim right; and a means 101 which offsets the risk compensation fee credit of a credit transferee to a guarantee company and the guarantee fee-related credit of the guarantee company to a creditor by an amount corresponding to a prescribed period of time when the prescribed period of time elapses, stores them thus offset in the risk compensation fee information storage means 5 and the guarantee charge-related credit information storage means 6, and then stores an offset amount of a risk compensation fee credit sale amount credit corresponding to the prescribed period of time of a specific-purpose company to the credit transferee in the compensation claim right information storage means 12.
