PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithographic printing plate for scanning exposure having high plate wear and excellent storage stability as a printing plate, and in particular, to provide a lithographic printing plate for blue semiconductor laser, the plate which has sufficient practical sensitivity to be exposed by an output machine using blue semiconductor laser, which can be handled in a bright room, and which has high plate wear and good storage stability as a printing plate. SOLUTION: The lithographic printing plate has at least a photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer and a physical developing nucleus layer on a supporting body and uses a silver complex salt diffusion transfer method. The silver halide emulsion particles used in the silver halide emulsion layer comprises a core-shell type silver halide emulsion having a core part containing≥90 mol% of the whole rhodium and/or ruthenium compounds in the silver halide emulsion particles and a shell part containing≥30 mol% of the whole iridium compounds in the whole silver halide emulsion particles.
