PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to slide a heavy load and locate it at a predetermined position with a simple means without labor. SOLUTION: A release paper having a release surface 5 on a paper substrate 4 is formed as a sliding tool 1 having the release surface overlapped each other. The heavy load 3 is pressed in the lateral direction in a state where the sliding tool is interposed between the placing surface 2 and the heavy load 3 placed on it. In this case, an upper side release paper 6 and a lower side release paper 7 which are disposed on the upper side and the lower side of the sliding tool respectively, are maintained in a state fixed to the heavy load and the placing surface with a friction resistance of respective paper substrates 4. Since the mutually overlapped release surfaces each other relatively slide in the pressing direction with a low friction coefficient of respective release surfaces, the heavy load can be slid and located at a predetermined position even with a weak force.
