PURPOSE: Provided is an instrument, which has an electric terminal showing a low deviation in contact resistance between the electrode of a battery and a contact in the instrument such as portable instruments using batteries and ensuring sufficient discharge capacity. CONSTITUTION: The instrument has a chamber(1) for a battery and receives power from the battery. The instrument has an electric terminal(10) for drawing electric powder by contacting to the electrode of the battery, wherein the terminal(10) includes a conductive and elastic plate-like member bending in such a manner that both ends(10a) of the member are adjacent to each other, and contacts(10b) to be contacted with the electrode at both sides thereof. The electric terminal(10) further includes a pair of snap-holders(10c) at the central part, the snap holder being formed by cutting and standing a part of each plate-like member so that the battery can be inserted in the snap holder due to the bending of the plate-like member, when the battery pushes the contacts(10b). |
