PURPOSE: A magnet of a cooling and heating system using a hydrogen storage alloy and a fabricating method thereof are provided to enhance the stability and the performance by using the correlation between hydrogen and the hydrogen storage alloy. CONSTITUTION: A magnet of a cooling and heating system using a hydrogen storage alloy includes a receptacle and a rare-earth metal(120). The receptacle(110) is formed with a non-magnetic material and a non-conductive material. The rare-earth metal is sintered in the inside of the receptacle. The receptacle is formed with a thermosetting material. In addition, the receptacle is formed with a non-magnetic and non-conductive metal. The non-magnetic and non-conductive metal is used for maintaining the magnetic force of 90 or more percent.
