<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for cooking, capable of being utilized for cooking without requiring higher cooking knowledge and cooking technique. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing the material for cooking comprises a washing/wool-removing step for washing loquat leaf obtained by fruit-free culture or agrochemical-free culture by immersing the leaf into a functional water kept in stirring state for a long time and removing wool on the rear surface of loquat leaf, a half-drying step for half-drying the loquat leaf after finishing the washing/wool removal, a shearing step for finely shearing half-dried loquat leaf, a solar drying step for carrying out solar drying of the sheared loquat leaf and roasting step for roasting sun-dried loquat leaf while mixing the loquat leaf with tourmaline sphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
