PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reduction structure superior in sound insulation and permeability provided around an engine. SOLUTION: The noise reduction structure 10 outside a vehicle provided in an engine room comprises a plurality of peripheral wall members 12a-12c arranged mutually at intervals so as to surround the circumference of the engine 4. A space G demarcated between the plurality of the peripheral wall members 12a-12c and a space demarcated between the peripheral wall member 12a and the engine 4 communicate with a vehicle outside space through a ventilation hole 22 formed on an engine undercover 20 covering downward of the engine 4.
