PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of improving hand such as softness, bulkiness and smoothness, or the like. SOLUTION: This absorbent article has a top sheet made of a nonwoven fabric obtained by the air-through method. The nonwoven fabric is disposed so that a hot-air blow surface of the fabric faces the skin of a user, and the diameters of fibers constituting the hot-wind blow surface are 11-18μm. In this case, it is preferable that the nonwoven fabric has a first layer including the hot-air blow surface with the diameters of the constituting fibers being 11-18μm and a second layer disposed adjacently to the first layer with the diameters of the constituting fibers being 19-31μm.
