PRODUCTION PLANNING SYSTEM OF STEEL PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production planning system of steel products which has high predictive accuracy and possibility of preventing increase of costs, reduction of working efficiency or delay of progress without causing the excess/shortage of materials even when a manufacturing line is changed.

SOLUTION: The production planning system of steel products is provided with a raw material designing part 12 for designing a raw material in order to manufacture the material for a certain manufacturing line out of a plurality of manufacturing lines and an allocation system 20 for allocating the manufacturing of the material to the operation limit of the manufacturing line. The allocation system 20 comprises a function for requesting re-design to a material designing part 16 in the case of allocating the operation limits of other manufacturing lines and a re-design function for designing the material again. It is also available to constitute the production planning system of a material designing part for designing materials in order to manufacture materials for a plurality of manufacturing lines and an allocation system for allocating the manufacturing of the materials to the operation limits of selected manufacturing lines.
