PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly carry out the settlement of selling articles at a plurality of stores.

SOLUTION: This purchasing system is provided with a plurality of store terminals respectively installed in stores, a purchaser terminal to be used by the purchaser of the selling articles of the store and the settlement server of the selling articles. Each of those store terminals is provided with a selling article information transmitting part for transmitting purchase scheduled article selling information including information for identifying a purchase scheduled article and the price of the purchase scheduled article to the purchase terminal. The purchaser terminal is provided with a purchase priority order setting part for setting a purchase priority order indicating which of a plurality of purchase scheduled articles should be given priority in a purchase scheduled article selling information and a purchase schedule transmitting part for transmitting the purchase scheduled article selling information and the purchase priority order to a settlement server. The settlement server is provided with a settlement part for executing the settlement of an purchaseable article among the purchase scheduled articles based on information on purchaser's margins of solvency and the purchase priority order and a settlement result informing part for informing the store terminal of the information for identifying the purchaseable article and the price settlement result of the purchaseable article.
