PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conical spring washer capable of obtaining sufficient locking effect with a small tightening force, and enhancing setting resistance. SOLUTION: A conical spring washer 1 is compressed between two members, and comprises a plurality of first notched portions 4 formed with a circumferential interval so as to part a circumferential edge on a small diameter side and a plurality of second notched portions 5 formed with a circumferential interval so as to part a circumferential edge on a large diameter side.
