<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonreciprocal circuit element showing less changes in the center frequency of an insertion loss due to temperature changes. <P>SOLUTION: The nonreciprocal circuit element 1 includes: a magnetic plate 5; a common electrode; center conductors 6b, 7b, 8b; and a bias magnet 4 located in opposition to the magnetic plate 5. The temperature coefficient of the saturation magnetization of the magnetic plate 5 is from -0.2(%/°C) or above and -0.1(%/°C) or below in a temperature range from -35°C to 85°C. The temperature coefficient of the residual magnetization of the magnet 4 is from -0.20(%/°C) or above and -0.15(%/°C) or below in a temperature range from -35°C to 85°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
