<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device that can improve the operability of an operation part of a device body by the effective use of a cover member attached to the device body. <P>SOLUTION: The cover member 1 having a cover surface 11 for protecting a display part arranged in the front of the device body 2 is attachable to the back of the device body 2 when the device body 2 is used.
