<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable preservation unit suppressing vegetable freshness lowering with time with an easy/inexpensive structure. <P>SOLUTION: This vegetable preservation unit is such that vegetables V are put on the surface of a guard 12 and pushed into the lower side so that a plurality of pins 9 and a thrusting part 11 are thrust into the vegetables V according to descent of the guard 12, and thus water in a tank 2 is supplied through a pipe 10 to the vegetables V so as to suppress vegetable freshness lowering with time with the easy/inexpensive structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
