PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor for vacuum which has low gas discharging speed from resin, little occurrence of gas polluting a vacuum environment, and little loss due to eddy current. SOLUTION: This motor for vacuum includes at least partially a resin can 102 and at least partially a can surface covered with a fluororesin film. In this motor for vacuum including a resin-molded coil, a surface exposed to vacuum atmosphere of resin is covered with the fluororesin film. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
