摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining a laser beam irradiation condition for use in nano granulation treatment, which can accurately determine the laser beam irradiation condition capable of realizing efficient nano granulation treatment, an apparatus for the method and a manufacturing method for nano particles. SOLUTION: The method for determining the laser beam irradiation condition for use in the nano granulation treatment of a suspended substance in a liquid 2 to be treated comprises a process for subjecting the suspended substance to nano granulation treatment by irradiating the liquid 2 to be treated with the laser beam to form nano particles and observing shock waves generated at the time of nano granulation treatment and a process for analyzing the shock waves observed in the above process to determine the laser beam irradiation condition in the nano granulation treatment.
