The present invention disclosed oripavine derivatives of formula (I) and their nontoxic pharmaceutical acceptable salts. In the formula (I), R<1> is hydrogenatom and methyl, R<2> is methyl, cyclopropyl, cyclobutyl or allyl. R<3> is thiophenethyl, cycloalkyl methyl wherein cycloalkyl have 3 to 6 carbon atoms. These compounds can be used in preparing analgesics or abstinence agents of opium habit-forming drugs.
