PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce size and costs, and enhance connection reliability. SOLUTION: A polymer battery 2 has a cell element 4 having a positive electrode terminal 12 and a negative electrode terminal 15, and an exterior package material 5 housing the cell element 4 so that the positive electrode terminal 12 and the negative electrode terminal 15 are led outside. The circuit board 3 has a connection land part 18 connected to each terminal 12 and 15. By directly connecting a portion leading out the terminals 12 and 15 to the connection land part 18, size is reduced since a distance between the polymer battery 2 and the circuit board 3 becomes short, costs are reduced since extra parts are not used due to direct connection, and connection reliability is enhanced since there are fewer connection portions.
