<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent lamp capable of obtaining uniform illuminance. <P>SOLUTION: To have a substrate 3. A lighting tube 4 has two ends 41 mounted on the substrate 3, and two spiral lighting tube sections 42 extending from the ends 41 respectively in such a direction that they come away from the substrate 3, and being combined with each other at an apex 43. When viewed from a plane orthogonal to a vertical axis X of the fluorescent lamp, the spiral lighting tube sections are constructed such that they allow spacing each other excepting the apex 43. Since light beams illuminated by the top of the lighting tube 4 are not cut off by the bottom of the lighting tube 4, the illuminance given by the fluorescent lamp is more uniform. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
