PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the similar condition change in a plurality of repeating units while reducing a burden on a user. SOLUTION: About a mesh 1 and a mesh 2 divided and input in repeating units, minimum-degree nodes are obtained as specific nodes, and minimum distances between the minimum-degree nodes are computed (step S1 to 4). Correspondences of the minimum-degree nodes are first found between the mesh 1 and the mesh 2 (step S5). After the correspondence finding of the minimum-degree nodes, correspondences of nodes are sequentially found except for the minimum-degree nodes (step S6 to 13). After the correspondence finding of all the nodes, the conditions of the nodes of the mesh 2 that correspond to the nodes of the mesh 1 whose conditions are change are changed (step S14). A lack of correspondence in the minimum-degree nodes or the nodes other than the minimum-degree nodes produces a determination of unequal forms (step S15). COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
