PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic damper which has a small occupation space without dropping a mass metal fitting due to the breakage of a rubber elastic element and which facilitates coping with the various shapes of the mounting surfaces of a counterparty member. SOLUTION: The dynamic damper includes a first damper 11 having a first mounting metal fitting 12 having a first substrate 13, a first mass metal fitting 16 disposed oppositely to the substrate and a first rubber elastic element 19 for elastically coupling between the substrate and the mass metal fitting, and a second damper 21 having a symmetrical shape to the first damper in such a manner that the first and the second metal fittings 16 and 26 are disposed oppositely to each other. A supporting member 35 is fixed by welding to the side faces of the mass bodies 18, 28 of the first and the second metal fitting 16 and 26 at both mounting ends 36. Both the ends of the mounting ends 36 are respectively inserted movably into first and second insertion holes 15a, 25a provided at the first and second protruding plates 15, 25 of the first and second metal fittings 12, 22.
