PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood recovery method, device and liquid with leucocyte removed therefrom for suppressing the risk of increase in the concentrations of cytokines, mediators, and the like, when removing the blood with the leukocyte removed therefrom from a leukocyte removal filter. SOLUTION: This method for recovering the blood with the leukocyte removed therefrom from the leukocyte removal filter is such one that the blood is made to flow through the leukocyte removal filter using a means sending the blood from a blood guide port and caught by the leukocyte removal filter, and the blood formed by removing the leukocyte left in the leukocyte removal filter is recovered. Physiological solution containing a polysaccharide is used as the recovery liquid. The device and the recovery liquid are used for this method. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
