PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely mount a side sill garnish with good appearance while reducing the cost for a mold of the side sill garnish. SOLUTION: A bracket 20 has a channel-shaped cross section with an upper wall 22, an outer wall 23 and an inner wall 24. The outer wall 23 is adhered to an inner face of a side wall part 11 of the side sill garnish G by means of a two-sided tape 25, its inner wall 24 is fixed to a lower wall part 12 of the side sill garnish G by means of a clip 26, and its upper upper wall 20 is fixed to a rib 11b horizontally extended from the side wall part 11 of the side sill garnish G by means of a locking claw 22a and fixed to a side sill outer 16 by means of a clip 27. As a result, the mold is simplified by dispensing a mounting part of a closed cross section, formed on an inner face of the side wall part 11 of the side sill garnish G, while securing the mounting rigidity, and the rib 11b is thinned in comparison with the mounting part of the closed cross section, which prevents the generation of sinkage on an outer face of the side wall part 11, and improves the appearance.
