An apparatus for cleaning/sterilizing an endoscope including a plurality of types of endoscope duct having fluid passage characteristics different from each other by using a fluid. The apparatus for cleaning/sterilizing an endoscope comprises means for regulating the pressure or flow rate of the fluid to a specified set level for each endoscope duct depending on the fluid passage characteristics thereof and supplying the fluid to the endoscope duct, means for measuring the pressure or flow rate of the fluid flowing through an endoscope duct, and means for detecting clogged state of an endoscope duct by performing an comparison operation based on the measurements and a set value. The set value is set such that the measuring means can measure the pressure or flow rate.
