PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner supply device which can make an amount of toner supplied to a development part constant with a simple configuration and can prevent a toner from spilling when a toner bottle is atached and detached.

SOLUTION: A cap 210 has a means which rotatably holds only a main body 220 and prevents itself from falling from the main body 220 when the cap 210 is spirally disengaged from the main body 220. An opening 212 for ejecting toner which is opened when the cap 210 is spirally disengaged from the main body 220 is made in a peripheral face of the cap 210. A support means 300 is provided for holding the cap 210 with the opening 212 facing down and for rotating the main body 220.
