<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device for a vehicle capable of providing proper information corresponding to the number of passengers. <P>SOLUTION: Information item table data in which a plurality of information items to be provided to the crew of a vehicle are registered so as to be made to correspond to the number of passengers, are stored in an item table data storing part 13, and information corresponding to the items of the information registered in the information item table data is stored in an information storing part 14.
